Planning the Magic

Planning this retreat was a big deal. We started months in advance with Charisma and IMAGE bringing their A-game. The theme was “Elegance and Innovation” – totally fitting, right? Every detail, from decor to entertainment (including the snake photo ops), was planned around this. We had weekly meetings to keep everything on track. Charisma took care of the logistics, lighting, staging, sound, while IMAGE focused on creating an amazing immersive experience. The Big Night started with an engaging meet and greet and ended with live music and awards. Hats off to our event planner friends!
