2025 was our strongest year yet—and one that truly defined what corporate event production means to us at Charisma Event Productions. From large-scale, multi-day conferences to intimate brand-forward experiences and full concert productions, this year challenged us to grow, adapt, and deliver at the highest level. More importantly, it reinforced why we do what we do: to create environments where people connect, celebrate, and remember the moment long after the lights go down.

Our Largest Event Ever: Newmar RV’s Multi-Day Conference

The biggest milestone of the year was producing our largest event to date for Newmar RV in Colorado Springs. This multi-day conference pushed every side of our corporate event production expertise.

Our team delivered a full-scale production including LED walls, dynamic lighting, staging, trussing, drape, IMAG, and multiple breakout rooms—all designed to support clear communication, brand consistency, and a seamless attendee experience across several days.

What made this event especially meaningful wasn’t just the scale—it was the partnership. We’re excited to already be planning Newmar’s return in 2026, a testament to the trust built through thoughtful planning and execution.

Direct Selling Channel Summit: Elevating the Attendee Experience

Another highlight was the Direct Selling Channel Summit, our second-largest event of the year. This event showcased how corporate event production can enhance content, not distract from it.

We provided LED poster screens, custom lighting, sound, logo monograms, stage furniture, videography, and content creation—helping transform sessions into polished, engaging moments. Every element was intentional, supporting both the speakers on stage and the audience in the room.

This summit reinforced something we believe deeply: great production doesn’t just look good—it helps ideas land better.

From Boardrooms to the Stage: Concert Production Highlights

This year also blurred the line between corporate and entertainment in the best way.

Flo Rida – Private Wedding Afterparty

We delivered full concert production for Flo Rida, who performed at a private wedding afterparty. Our scope included trussing, staging, professional concert sound, lighting, CO₂ cannons, and a full LED wall—creating a high-energy, unforgettable experience that rivaled large public concerts.

LANY – Soft Listening Party

On the opposite end of the spectrum, we supported an intimate listening party for LANY celebrating the release of their album Soft in October. This low-key event welcomed influencers and dedicated fans, with subtle lighting, sound reinforcement, and logo projection designed to enhance—not overpower—the atmosphere.

Both events showed how adaptable corporate event production needs to be, shifting seamlessly from massive energy to quiet intention.

A Milestone Moment with Delta Air Lines

One of the most meaningful corporate moments of the year was working with Delta Air Lines to celebrate the inaugural flight from Salt Lake City to Seoul, South Korea. Held at Utah State Fairpark, this event marked a historic expansion and international connection.

Our role was to support the celebration with professional staging, lighting, and sound—ensuring the significance of the moment was felt by everyone in attendance. Events like this remind us that corporate event production isn’t just about logistics—it’s about honoring milestones.
